Adv. Orly Tenennbaum holds a LL.B. in Law from Reichman University, a B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Financing from Reichman University and a LL.M. in Law, with honors from Bar-Ilan University.
Adv. Tenennbaum began her path in the world of law as an intern in the Law Firm of Gornitzky & Co., where she worked as a lawyer and partner (since 2011) until she founded OT-LAW OFFICE in 2023.
Adv. Tenennbaum holds extensive experience in representing corporations, private and public companies, and some of the leading business leaders in the Israeli market, in complex, high profile commercial-civil litigation cases in courts, including arbitrations and medications.
Adv. Tenennbaum was also a partner to notable victories in litigation cases in which legal precedents were created.
In addition to representing clients in complex litigation cases, Adv. Tenennbaum has, for many years, served as a certified mediator and arbitrator in commercial-civil conflicts, and is listed in the Israel’s Bar Association list of arbitrators.
Adv. Tenennbaum is serving as a member of the National Ethics Tribunal of the Israel Bar Association (since 2023). Prior to this appointment, Adv. Orly Tenenbaum served as a member of the Tel Aviv District Ethics Tribunal of the Israel Bar Association and was a long-standing member of various Bar Association ethics committees.
Adv. Tenennbaum is also a member of the examination committee of the written certification examination of the Israeli Bar Association (statutory appointment of the Ministry of Justice) since 2019.
Adv. Tenennbaum played a significant role in shaping the reform of civil procedure regulations, regularly lectures in various study programs on commercial-civil law, regularly participates on panels and conferences, as well as publishes articles in these areas. Adv. Tenennbaum has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2001.
