Advocate Lior Belenky holds a LL.B. in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which he graduated in 2021.

Adv. Belenky specializes in civil-commercial litigation. Prior to his joining OT-LAW OFFICE, Adv. Belenky interned with the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office (Civil) and was involved in complex civil – commercial -administrative legal cases. Within these confines, Adv. Belenky represented government ministries in various courts, and participated in the representation in litigation cases related to taxation, corporate, tort and administrative nature.

Adv. Belenky speaks Hebrew, English and Russian at a mother tongue level. Adv. Belenky has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2023.
